Make the Most of Your JADPRO Live Experience

Plan Your Day in Advance

The first two sessions of each day will be replayed at a later time on the same day to accommodate attendees in western US time zones. Replayed sessions will also have live Q&A with faculty and are indicated on the schedule.

NOTE: All session and event times are noted in Eastern Time.

Equipment and Materials

Test Your Equipment in Advance (Recommended)

  • Use a computer or a tablet for the best experience.
  • Browser: Use either Chrome or Firefox.
  • Test and check your system at least 15 minutes prior to logging in to the virtual conference for the first time.

Control Your Environment as Best You Can

  • Mute other devices that might interfere with your computer audio.
  • Create an environment conducive to learning by eliminating as many distractions as possible. Close out of all other tabs on your browser.
  • Prepare your space with anything you may need during the virtual program (chargers, note-taking materials, water, etc.).

Download Zoom Client

  • Some events during the virtual conference will be on Zoom. In order to participate in these events, please make sure you have the Zoom app installed on your computer or tablet in advance (download the Zoom app at https://zoom.us/support/download)
  • If you already have the Zoom app, we recommend making sure that you have the latest version to experience the full functionality.

Troubleshooting Technical Difficulties

  • The virtual platform’s webcast technology runs on higher bandwidth. To optimize your internet connection, locate yourself as close as possible to your router. Some WiFi connections may be spotty.
  • If you have any problems within the virtual platform, there will be a Help Desk available during the conference.
