Q: When is JADPRO Live Virtual*?

A: October 7–17*, 2021

All CE presentations will be available on demand from October 18 through December 31, 2021.


Q: What do I need to attend the virtual conference?

A: To attend the virtual conference, you will need a valid registration, a good internet connection, and a computer and/or tablet device.


Q: When do I need to log in?

A: All registered attendees will be emailed login and access instructions to the virtual conference platform prior to October 7. Your login information will stay the same for the duration of the conference and will be used to access the on-demand content.


Q: What time zone will the sessions take place?

A: All presentations and networking events are noted on the schedule in EASTERN TIME. For more specific information on the presentations, view the conference agenda here.


Q: Will the presentations have live Q&A?

A: Yes, all CE presentations will have Q&A where you can submit your questions to the faculty in real time throughout the presentation. Live Q&A will not be available during the on-demand stage.


Q: What if I have technical issues during the conference?

A: Technical support will be available at the Help Desk within the virtual conference platform, and/or email us at info@jadprolive.com.


Q: Will any of the sessions be replayed?

A: Each day, the first two CE sessions will be replayed later in the day to accommodate attendees in western US time zones. All replayed sessions will have live Q&A with the faculty. Check the schedule to see which sessions will be replayed each day. Starting October 18 through December 31, 2021, ALL CE sessions will be available on demand, and you can access them at any time that suits your schedule.


Q: Will I be able to network with other attendees at the virtual conference?

A: We have a variety of networking opportunities available throughout the conference. Within the virtual platform, you can connect with fellow APs and industry partners through the chat feature. During all first showing and replayed CE presentations, you can submit questions directly to faculty members. We also invite registered attendees to join us for Braindates, Conversation Circles, Micro-communities, and Moderated Posters. Find out more about these unique networking opportunities.

Q: Will I need the Zoom Meeting Client during the virtual conference?

A: Yes, select events will utilize Zoom. If you do not currently have the Zoom app on your device, we recommend downloading it ahead of time. To download the Zoom Meeting Client, click here. If you already have the Zoom app, we recommend making sure that you have the latest version to experience the full functionality.
